Born in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Julio studied agricultural technical engineering in Pamplona and enology in Tarragona. He then completed an MBA and trained in wine business management. With around 20 years of experience in the professional wine world, he has done harvests in different areas of Catalonia, Jumilla, La Rioja, and outside of Spain, in Chile. Julio joined Familia Torres in 2006 to direct the company’s projects in La Rioja.

Víctor hails from Xeve, in Pontevedra, and has been linked to wine since his childhood. He studied chemistry at the University of Santiago de Compostela and enology at Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona, as well as viticulture and enology at the University of Teramo in Italy. While he was studying enology in Tarragona, he spent a few months working in Familia Torres’ research department in Pacs del Penedès.

For over four years, he was winemaker and quality manager at Mar de Frades, until he joined Familia Torres again in June 2017 to manage the winery’s projects in Galicia.

Born in Salamanca, Juan Ramón has undergraduate degrees in chemical sciences and enology from the University of Valladolid and gained professional experience at wineries in Bordeaux and Toro. He did his first harvest in 2001, and in 2005 he joined Familia Torres as manager of the Ribera del Duero winery and, later, of the Rueda winery as well.
