“Last week we visited with Bibi Graetz, owner and winemaker of Testamatta, his 76 year old sangiovese vineyard near the town of Lamole in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. This has to be one of the oldest vineyards in the region. The wine produced from this vineyard is used in the blend of the estates flagship wine, Testamatta.
