"The 2021 Beyond the Clouds wafts up with an airy blend of confectionary spice, chamomile, stone dust and spicy hints of ground ginger. This is seamless and silken in feel, with ripe orchard fruits offset by flinty minerality. A cooling acidity adds lovely balance. It leaves a staining of primary concentration while finishing gently tannic and long. Sour citrus hints fade under an air of almond custard. This is a beautiful interpretation of the vintage, with amazing aromatics, a solid core of vividly ripe fruit and brilliant acidity to balance."
