The Wilson Daniels Portfolio Tour 2013 was a huge success! Held in San Francisco (April 25), Las Vegas (April 29) and Chicago (May 1), the tasting featured current and future releases from our distinctive portfolio of wines and spirits. We welcomed a distiller to the tour for the first time — Sipsmith, a passionate, independent micro-distiller from London. We were also honored to have four exclusive wineries recently join our portfolio and accompany us on the tour — Chêne Bleu from the Rhône, Clau de Nell from the Loire, and Grieve Family Winery and Double Eagle from Napa Valley. Method
Shake extremely thoroughly.
Add a bit of club soda to a tall Collins glass.
Strain cocktail into glass.
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Sipsmith London Dry Gin
.25 oz. fresh lemon juice
.25 oz. lime juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
.75 oz. fresh heavy cream
Fresh egg white (@.75 oz.)
3 drops orange flower water
Mád Collins

Method
Shake all and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.

1.5 oz. Royal Tokaji Mád Cuvée
.75 oz. Sipsmith London Dry Gin
.5 oz. fresh orange juice
.25 oz. lemon juice

Sloe Gin Fizz
