Taste the Experience, Ep. 4: The Discovery of the Domaine Laroche and Mas La Chevalière Exceptional Premises
In the first portion of this video, meet Gwenael Laroche and view Domaine Laroche, located in the heart of the village of Chablis. Domaine Laroche’s main offices and cellars are housed in L’Obédiencerie — a ninth-century monastery where monks made the first Chablis in the region. Within L’Obédiencerie are ninth-century cellars, a 13th-century press, a collection of rare, old Domaine Laroche wines, and the Hotel du Vieux Moulin.
