Domaine de Beaurenard Rasteau 2018: This Rhone red is a blend of mostly Grenache (80%) with a bit of Syrah and Mourvèdre woven in. The wine reflects the scrubby landscape with a richly aromatic nose of wild berries and a concentrated but elegant palate of spice and dried herbs. The winery has been producing certified biodynamic wines since 2010, using their own herbal plant-based teas which are sprayed on the vines instead of herbicides.
