Alteni di Brassica is a classic style of Sauvignon Blanc from Langhe with notes of oyster shell, mountain herbs, white peach, and flint. With time in the glass, it opens to reveal more vibrant notes of sage, cedar, tomato leaf, and cardamom. The mouthfeel is fresh, long, and savory with a medium-bodied style that ends with a hint of salinity.

"The 2023 Alteni di Brassica is fabulous. Brisk and finely cut, with tons of varietal character, it races from the glass with notes of citrus peel, mint, chalk, white pepper, sage and white flowers. This vibrant, steely Sauvignon Blanc is terrific. Brisk saline notes extend the finish. The 2023 is a blend of 70 microvinifications."
