Etna Bianco DOC
A selection of Carricante grapes from vineyards located on the eastern and southern slopes of Mount Etna, particularly suitable given the high altitude and abundant luminosity. This wine demonstrates a singular nerve as a product from these region defining slopes and vine selections.
The vines are located on the eastern and southern slopes of Mount Etna. 20 to 60 years old vines, trained as bushes or trellised, trained with free standing bush (“alberello”) and spurred cordon systems. Eastern/southern exposure.

With its pale yellow color and greenish tints, this wine offers an intense and delicate nose with mild fruity aromas of apple. The palate is dry and mineral, with pleasant acidity and saline notes that contribute to a long, satisfying finish.

Floral and perfumed wine with orange blossoms, herbal notes and lime zest, showing an intriguing fresh style. Super light-bodied with a bone-dry style and silky texture, refreshing acidity and a focused finish, though expected to be longer. Drink now.
