Tasting Notes
-
The aromas of this wine seduce you with notes of cedar, bay laurel, cocoa and deep plum. The palate is expansive throughout with mouthwatering flavors of black plum, coffee, chocolate and savory hints of mushroom and bay leaf. The wine fills the mouth with richness, fruit, a bright acidity and just enough tannin to lengthen the wine into a great lingering aftertaste. The use of all five Bordeaux varietals adds to the complexity, depth and interest of this finely crafted Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
