This wine symbolizes our love for white Châteauneuf-duPape. We find delicate floral notes, a fresh and dynamic texture with a salty finish. Just like a walk in our Provençal “Garrigue”.

"A touch of reduction brings to mind fresh rhubarb, then a soft palate that's so silky and appealing. Just the loveliest texture imaginable, a wine of great textural interest and detail. It finishes neat, long and dry. Partly fermented in stainless steel, partly in old barriques, left on lees with some battonage. Also contains 20% Grenache Blanc and a few drops of other local varieties."

"The nose is fresh and precise, offering citrus zest, green pear, acacia, light honey, and peach blossom with a beautiful wildness and freshness. On the palate, sweet spices emerge but always return focus to a pure, charming core of orchard fruit. This wine will cellar well through 2034 but should benefit for another year or two in bottle before revisiting. Definitely one to watch. "
