Pale gold in color, this blend declares itself to be a powerful, intense wine. It gives off glorious aromas of honey, candied citrus, pear and white blossom. The well-rounded, meaty palate reveals superb depth, with notes of acacia honey and citrus fruits against a background of apricot and peach. This cuvée cultivates elegance, finesse and concentration with complexity that symbolizes great wine.
- Serving Suggestions: Consider fresh goat cheese and olive oil, or a grilled sea bass tartare with mango.
