    • A wine that is both aromatic and silky, lively and fresh! This very accessible white is an excellent introduction to the Peyrassol style. With its elegant fruitiness, its light style, it is thirst-quenching and accompanies all the good times of summer.

  • Vineyard Profile

    • Cultivation: Organic farming, mechanical harvesting by grape variety
    • Soil: Clay and limestone dating from the Triassic period of the Mesozoic era, with a high proportion of gravel.
  • Vintage Report

    • Marked by a particularly hot and dry climate, the 2022 vintage in Provence benefited on the terroirs of the interior valleys of some welcome showers in early September, which allowed the grapes to complete their maturity. The harvest then took place under a particularly mild sky, which directly contributed to the quality of the harvest.

  • Vinification

    • After destemming the grapes are pressed as quickly as possible. Fermentation takes place slowly at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, without malolactic fermentation

    • Aging: A few months in stainless steel vats on fine lees allow the aromatic freshness to be respected as much as possible
  • Technical Information

    • Varietal Composition: 95% Rolle, 5% Ugni blanc
    • Alcohol: 13%
  • Tasting Notes

    • A wine with golden straw color and flavors of white fruits such as peach and pear. Delightful with wonderful floral characters, alongside honey and fresh herbaceous notes. Light and silky at the same time, it is digestible and thirst-quenching with a final note of citrus fruit that completes the great complexity of this wine.

    • Serving Suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif or served well with all salads and raw or grilled fish.
