Vintage Factsheets
Located in the heart of Alto Adige, with southeast-facing slopes that capture optimal sunlight for grape ripening. The vines grow on limestone-rich soils, which provide excellent drainage and contribute to the wine’s minerality and elegance. These vineyards stretch across varying altitudes, from classic mid-elevations to heights of up to 600 meters in the southern part of the region, where the cooler mountain temperatures allow the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving their natural acidity and enhancing their aromatic complexity. The vineyard’s careful exposure to the sun and the cool mountain nights creates the perfect environment for producing high-quality Chardonnay with balance and finesse that is entirely handpicked.

"Subtle and complex with dairy aromas, a bit of orange blossom, white-pepper minerality and wax. Vibrant on the medium-bodied palate with crisp, if not zesty, acidity. Tingling finish."
