- Manual harvesting, de-stemming, crushing, manual sorting, vatting by gravity, fermentation at controlled temperature +/- 28°C. The vinification is carried out variety by variety, in the traditional way, with alternating gentle punching of the cap and pumping over. The vatting period is 3 to 4 weeks.Aged for 12 to 14 months in foudre and concrete eggs to optimally round out the tannins.

The wine is black garnet in color with purple reflections. Aromas of liquorice stick and dark baked fruits. This wine is representative of the excellence of the domain with balance and great concentration.
