Vinification

Soft press of whole grapes followed by racking and fermentation in temperature controller stainless steel vats. The wines are blended after fermentation and age on the lees for at least 7 months. At 8-9 months after the harvest is bottled.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow color; elegant and refined on the nose with hints of Golden Delicious apple and ripe fruit; velvety sensations on the palate. Pair with appetizers, soups and broths, egg and fish dishes.
