Castelprile
Rosso Riserva Maremma DOC
Castelprile Rosso Riserva is a refined red wine that showcases the depth and elegance of Tuscany’s winemaking tradition. Crafted from carefully selected Sangiovese and other complementary varietals, this wine is aged for an extended period in oak barrels, allowing it to develop a rich complexity and smooth texture. Previously called Prile, this is the first Maremma Toscana DOC Riserva produced by Castelprile with the first vintage in 2018.

“The nose evokes a camping trip, from plucking berries off thorny bushes to damp soil and leaves underfoot to wrapping up in a leather jacket and the smoke of a campfire. The palate turns peppery and meaty, with more berries and metallic, earthy undertones.”
