Noi4 Bolgheri DOC

The vineyards producing Tenuta Sette Cieli's Noi4 wine are rooted in sustainable and organic viticulture practices, ensuring both environmental stewardship and high-quality grape production. The vines were planted in 2003, with the goal of crafting wines that reflect the unique terroir of the estate. The soil composition in the vineyard is a balanced mix of 40% sand, 30% clay, and 30% silt, providing excellent drainage while retaining enough moisture for the vines to thrive. This combination allows for optimal vine health and contributes to the complexity of the resulting wines. With a West/East exposure, the vines receive ideal sunlight, benefiting from both the morning and afternoon sun, which promotes even ripening and the development of rich, concentrated flavors in the grapes. The spurred cordon training system is employed to manage the vines efficiently, ensuring balanced growth and consistent fruit production.
