Aged in stainless steel and bottle this wine offers a distinctive lens into the mountain’s volcanic heritage.

Attractive and distinctive, with aromas of melon, basil and pomegranates opening to darker fruit and a hint of pumice. Medium-bodied with a structured palate shaped by chalky tannins and pronounced minerality. Crisp acidity brings energy and focus, while a peppery note adds lift to the long, savory finish.
