The vineyards are sustainably cultivated, with vine ages ranging from 12 to 22 years. The soil is sandy and volcanic, rich in minerals with a sub-acidic reaction, providing a unique terroir that enhances the quality of the grapes. With a southern exposure, the vineyards receive ample sunlight, promoting optimal ripening. The vines are planted at a density of 6,000 to 7,000 vinestocks per hectare (2,429 - 2,834 vines per acre), ensuring concentrated and flavorful fruit.

“The nose is a savory blend of warm bricks and hibiscus tea, with an undertone of blood orange zest providing pop. The hibiscus continues onto the tart, tangy palate, while astringent notes of cranberry and more pink citrus play off the persistent perlage.”
