In the winery, Desiderio strives to get the best characteristics out of the distinctive Glera grape variety. This approach has led to the birth of Collezione Private made up of Relio, Garnei, Cartizze and NoSO, a sparkling wine created without the addition of sulfites, tailor-made to meet the needs of the more sensitive consumers.

Innovation in full respect of tradition as well as experimentation aimed at authentic sustainability are the pillars of his working philosophy. As Desiderio explains, “Every day we are presented with at least one opportunity for improvement.”
